Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,November 9,2006 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 �7 <br /> Committee Members Present: Thomas O'Hara, Lee Gurney, Robert Nelson, and Richard Stevens. <br /> Also Present: Charlie Rowley—Engineering Consultant <br /> Tom Fudala—Town Planner <br /> Summary <br /> • Duck Pond—Applicant withdrew sign request and said he will request ZBA to withdraw also. <br /> • Mashpee Chamber of Commerce—No one appeared. Bob Nelson commented that ZBA had suggested they go to <br /> Selectmen for approval of sign location. <br /> • KenMark Project—If opinion of Applicant's arborist is that the pine tree is unsafe then remove it but it should be <br /> replaced with something. Design Review Committee voted 2 to 1 to keep 10'buffer. The comer retaining wall to <br /> match the stone wall. Issue: Not building to original plans. Tom Fudala said Planning Board approved with <br /> conditions that have not been met.
