Attorney
Boudreau addressed the Committee saying they appeared before the Board of Health at a meeting
last night and he noted that the Board of Health did want some changes made, such as having
fencing extend all the way back. Attorney Boudreau presented a proposed kennel plot plan, revised
June 2, 2009.
Mr. Lopes commented that the electrician is at the house today and when he finishes then Mr. Lopes
will request the occupancy permit.
Attorney Boudreau stated that when he spoke with Glen Harrington earlier, the specifications of the
kennel were only estimates; he said the sizes presented in the June 2, 2009 Plot Plan are accurate.
He said the size of the cages may vary depending on manufacturer, but the variation is small.
Accordingly, Attorney Boudreau said Kennel condition 1 is not accurate with the size of the kennel
building and should be changed. (Condition 1 to be changed per Plot Plan sizes.)
