Finance Committee <br /> March 28, 1990 <br /> Page 2. <br />`4 Add $1,000 tonthe Tax Collector's budget <br /> Add $1,000 EP' the Town Clerk's budget <br /> Add $1,460 to the Elections & Registrations <br /> Add $580 to the Building Inspector's budget <br /> Add $655 to the Board of Health budget. <br /> Taking the $5,00 from the Pension Reserve freed up $5,000, however the <br /> additions recommended totalled $5,722. The Finance Committee reduced the <br /> FinCom Reserve $1,000 to meet the costs of the additions. An additional <br /> $51 was picked up in the cola reserve after a recalculation. These <br /> recommendations are reflected on the attached sheet leaving the Finance <br /> Committee with a balanced omnibus budget, $329 to the good. <br /> The Chairman also informed the committee that the Police Department had <br /> submitted a Request for Transfer in the amount of $5,300 for the Police <br /> Expense Account for gasoline and trash pickā€”up expenses. Finance Committee <br /> members agreed to hold off on making a recommendation until the meeting <br /> of the 29th so that it could be addressed by Chief Frye. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10 p.m. The next Finance Committee meeting is <br /> March 29th at 7 p.m. <br /> Gail McNabb <br /> Board Secretary <br />
