The school liaison <br /> agreed to work on understanding the State formula. Under General <br /> Government they agreed to break out the OMNI figure. Mr. Goggin <br /> noticed that a column for Stabilization was not on the Plan <br /> currently. Ms. Greelish also stated that she would like to change <br /> the Road Maintenance figure to $150,000 in FY95 and then $250,000 <br /> in FY96. <br /> PROPOSED ARTICLES FOR THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING <br /> There were two Articles in which Ms. Greelish prepared for the <br /> Special Town Meeting to discuss with the Finance Committee. The <br /> first is to see if: <br /> The Town will vote to transfer from revenue available for <br /> appropriation the sum of $40,100 to the Capital Replacement <br /> Account, or take any action relating thereto. <br /> The second is to see if: <br /> The Town will vote to transfer from revenue available for <br /> appropriation the sum of $126,0000 to the Betterment Reserved <br /> Receipts Account, or take any action relating thereto. <br /> • The third is to rescind borrowing authority on the Mashpee Middle <br /> School Addition. <br /> The fourth is in regard to the $145,000 balance in the Mashpee <br /> Middle School Addition Account. It was indicated that the $145,000 <br /> could only be used for another project bonded for the same amount <br /> of time. The Septage Treatment Plant was a possibility suggested. <br /> Mr. Goggin told Ms. Greelish to print up the Special Articles and <br /> to run them through the Board of selectmen's Office. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> There was a memo from Marilyn Farren, Personnel , to the Finance <br /> Committee indicating that the Personnel Board would attend the <br /> meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, 1994 at 7: 30PM. Mr. <br /> Goggin asked the Recording Secretary to write to the Office of the <br /> Board of Selectmen to invite them to attend a meeting on January <br /> 12, 1994 at 7:30PM to discuss the Selectmen's 16 goals, etc. <br /> Denise Sullivan mentioned that she would inquire the next day as to <br /> whether or not the Selectmen have yet prioritized their wish list. <br /> Mr. Goggin mentioned that the Executive Secretary should also be <br /> invited to attend the January 12th meeting between the Finance <br /> Committee and the Board of Selectmen.
