TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> • PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> Minutes of Meeting, December 8, 1975, 6`006 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: R.A. Graham, W.S. Clendenin, C.A. Brown, R.A. Maxim <br /> A letter will be written to Selectmen concerning their <br /> proposal for a secretarial pool and the rate of $15 per hour <br /> for evening meetings. The Personnel Board would be glad to <br /> discuss this matter, and feels that a three or four hour <br /> minimum rate would be preferable. <br /> A letter of commendation for the Police Department <br /> and certain officers' handling of a shooting last Fall was <br /> read from District Attorney Rollins. <br /> A memo regarding dates that Department Reports and <br /> Articles for Town Meeting must be submitted was read. <br /> Regarding Mrs. Bingham's request for "leave of absence" <br /> stated in her letter of December 2, 1975, a letter will be sent <br /> to Selectmen explaining that this leave is actually for vacation <br /> days due Mrs. Bingham, and has been approved by Personnel Board. <br /> All copies of Indian Museum correspondence will be continued <br /> • to be sent to Governing Board of Museum. <br /> The Personnel Board conducted interviews for the Exec- <br /> utive Secretary position, and has to date interviewed eight <br /> applicants. By next Monday evening, December 15, theyrVill <br /> have interviewed seven more. <br /> Information regarding salary figures and hours worked <br /> for Special Police Officers will be requested from Town Treasurer. <br /> Vacation figures submitted by the Policemen's Association <br /> will be reviewed. <br /> Having no further business , the meeting was adjourned <br /> at 9:30 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> jsa <br /> • <br />
