TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> Minutes of Meeting, June 30, 1976, 7 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: F.M. Leonardi, C.A. Brown, K. Parolski, J. Peters , W. Graham <br /> ALSO PRESENT: R.A. Maxim, Selectman; Mr. Buckingham, Conservation Comm. Member <br /> The meeting was called'-to order at 7 p.m. Miss Yvonne Peters was <br /> interviewed for the position of Curator of tihe Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Museum. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously voted that the Personnel <br /> B6?ard recommend Mrs. Peters to the Board of Selectmen for the position of <br /> Curator. <br /> Interviews were held for the position of Conservation Officer. <br /> Upon motion duly seconded it was unanimously voted to recommend the following <br /> to the Board of Selectmen in the order listed below: 1) Ronald Pocknett <br /> 2) Allen Root 3) Robert McLaughlin 4) Dorothy Studley. ` <br /> Discussion was held regarding part-time secretarial positions and <br /> a letter will be sent to those Boards requiring assistance, asking for re- <br /> quirements for same. Advertisement for part-time secretarial work will be <br /> placed in the Falmouth Enterprise and Cape Cod Times on July 6, 1976. <br /> Various personnel matters regarding leaves , merit raises , and personnel <br /> accounts payable were discussed and suitable action was taken. <br /> Brief discussion was held regarding the proposed police contract and <br /> the Board was informed that copies of the Personnel Board's proposal have <br /> been given to representatives of the Mashpee Police Association and a meeting <br /> was scheduled for some day during the week of June 5, 1976. <br /> The next Personnel" Board meeting is °scheduled for' Tuesday, July 6, 1976. <br /> x t Respectfully submitted, <br /> 'e <br /> jsa <br /> • <br />
