Minutes of the Personnel Board Meeting of December 14, 1976 <br /> \ The meeting of the Personnel Board was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by <br /> -� Frank Leonardi, Chairman with members Ken Parolski and John Peters attending. <br /> Minutes of December 6, 1976 accepted as corrected. <br /> The following vacations approved: <br /> Edgar E. Burroughs 1/3-2/4/77 <br /> Harold P. Collins 12/20-12/23/76 <br /> 12/27-12/29/76 <br /> Jerry L. DePalma 12/16-17 and 12/27/76 <br /> Mr. DePalma given permission to <br /> carry three days into 1977 <br /> Sgt. A. Gonsalves 12/23/76 <br /> Lansing Pocknett 1/3-1/4/77 <br /> B. Jean Thomas 12/17-12/20/77 <br /> Roland L. Wilson 12/13-12/17/76 <br /> The Board met individually with each of the Board ofAssessors to discuss <br /> the matter-involving Mrs. Patricia Green. The Board requested from the <br /> three Assessors their feelings regarding this matter in writing. <br /> Letter sent to Board of Selectmen advising them that individuals in the <br /> appointed officials category like Harold P. Collins are under the jurisdiction <br /> —\ of the Salary Administration Plan--Section 23B. <br /> • I Advised Deputy Frye in response to his October 25th letter that members of <br /> /J the Police Department are entitled to overtime Day at the rate of time and <br /> z if approved sick days are taken within that period. <br /> Request sent to Chief Bingham to meet with the Board on December 20, 1976 <br /> to discuss the hiring of a new patrolman. <br /> Communication'sent to the Board of Selectmen advising that the Treasurer <br /> may pay Robert Costa nine vacation days as he technically only worked six <br /> months in this fiscal period. <br /> Information regarding the December 7, 1976 incident concerning Ralph Hendricks <br /> and Lansing Pocknett discussed and a request made of the Board of Selectmen <br /> as to what action they suggest should be followed. A hearing was set up for <br /> Monday. December 20, 1976 to discuss this and Robert Maxim, Selectman, Frank' <br /> Hicks, Executive Secretary and Jerry DePalma, Recreation Director, Ralph <br /> Hendricks and Lansing Pocknett requested to attend. <br /> Voted step raise for M.
