Minutes--November 29, 1976 Page 2 <br /> • 1 <br /> Mr. Bianchi, at the request of the Board, will produce as soon as possible, <br /> a letter from George Costa advising that he ibntends to reimburse the <br /> Town of Mashpee for all monies received as salary during the period of <br /> incapacitation from his insurance settlement when and if it is received. <br /> The Board discussed with the Board of Selectmen and the Executive Secretary <br /> various items of administrative policy as called for by the Salary Admini- <br /> stration Plan. <br /> At this point the invited guests of the Personnel Board left the meeting. <br /> 'The Board acted on permission to grant Brenda DeBarros the opportunity of <br /> carrying her vacation days to calendar year 1977• <br /> A communication was received from Robert DAory, Chairman of the Board <br /> of Assessors regarding Mrs. Patricia Green, an employee of that department. <br /> A letter was sent to Mrs. Green setting up a hearing with this Board on <br /> Monday, December 6, 1976. <br /> Communications were read from Sgt. Albert Gonsalves and Patrolman Robert <br /> Bevacqua regarding a recent altercation which occurred in the Mashpee Police <br /> Department quarters involving the aforementioned individuals and Patrolman <br /> —� Kokmeyer. In this regard Patrolman Kokmeyer will be informed that his <br /> first step in filing a grievance, according to the Police Contract, is <br /> contacting the bargaining agents for the Police Association and advising <br /> them of the alleged grievance. <br /> The Board briefly discussed the new Salary Administration Plan and some <br /> revisions to it. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11:20 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> 4W"W ek <br /> Irene Kosarick <br /> I <br />
