The Personnel Board Meeting of Tuesday, May 17, 1977 was called to order <br /> by Chairman Frank Leonardi with member Ken Parolski attending at 7:00 P.M. <br /> The Board met with Jerry DePalma, Director of Recreation. Discussed <br /> Beach Personnel for the coming summer and reviewed applications and <br /> recommendations to the Board of Selectmen soon will be made. <br /> To fill the position of Maitenance three applicants were interviewed: <br /> Cyril John Pocknett; Raymond J. Martini, Jr, -,and Peter Bingham. Findings <br /> of this Board and applications sent to the Board of Selectmen for appointment. <br /> Merit increase approved for Mrs. Brenda DeBarros--effective May 1, 1977 <br /> new level will be Grade 7 Step 7. <br /> Vacation approvals as follows: Brenda. DeBarros 6/3--6/17/77 <br /> S� William Mills 5/18--5/20/77 <br /> Letter sent to all Department Heads requesting that they send a list <br /> of vacation days and sick leave that each employee has accrued as of <br /> June 1, 1977• <br /> The Board met with the Bargaining Committee of the Fire Department <br /> to further discuss the new proposed Fire Contract.
