• The Personnel Board Meeting of May 16, 1977 was called to order by Frank <br /> Leonardi, Chairman with members Wilma Graham and Ken Parolski attending <br /> at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Pat Green of the Assessors Dept. requested a continuance of the <br /> scheduled hearing be postponed to Tuesday, May 31, 1977 at 7:45 P.M. <br /> Correspondence received from Frank Hicks pertaining to abuse of <br /> sick leave by Lansing Pocknett--noted and filed. <br /> Vacation leaves approved: Varden Kelley 5/23-5/27/77 <br /> Lansing Pocknett 5/12-5/13/77 <br /> Minutes of May 9, 1977 accepted as presented. <br /> A vote was taken and it was unanimously voted that Wilma Graham be <br /> appointed for three more years to the Personnel Board. Notified Board <br /> of Selectmen of this Board's desire. <br /> Letter sent to Board of Selectmen recommending that Doris A. Hendricks <br /> be appointed to fill the part-time clerk typist position in the Police <br /> Department. <br /> Notified the Town Accountant that the following individuals are entitled <br /> to their annual step rate increases: Jeanne Madden to Grade 4 Step 3 <br /> effective May 20, 1977. and Burley Green, Jr. to Grade 11 Step 9 effective <br /> June 1, 1977• <br /> Notified Town Accountant that the following vacation changes have been <br /> approved: <br /> George F. Green is changing his leave from May 16- <br /> 20 to May 23-27, 1977 <br /> George F. Green, Jr. is extending his leave three <br /> additional days to May 27, 1977 <br /> Annual elections of the Personnel Board were held and Frank Leonardi,Chairman <br /> re-elected for another year and Wilma Graham elected as clerk. <br /> The Board interviewed Ramona. Peters , Franny Golden and Vincent Malahan <br /> f for the position of Curator of the Wampanoag Indian Museum.
