The Personnel Board Meeting was called to order on April 18, 1977 at <br /> • 7:30 P.M. by Frank Leonardi, Chairman with members Wilma Graham and Ken <br /> Parolski attending. <br /> Minutes of April 5 and 11, 1977 accepted as corrected. <br /> Vacations approved as follows: Gregory Willis 4/10/77 <br /> Ted Hendrick 4/25-4/28/77 <br /> James Medeiros 4/22 and 5/7/77 <br /> Communications sent to Robert DeLory, Chairman of the Board of Assessors <br /> and Patricia Green and Grace Maddox requesting to meet with the Board <br /> on May 16, 1977 to discuss existing problems in that department. <br /> Noted letter received from Chief Mills to Warren Hicks and filed. <br /> Memo sent to Town Accountant advising her to make final payment to <br /> Ralph Hendricks as he was terminated from Town's employment. <br /> Requested from Town Clerk, Arlington, Mass. that they send us a copy <br /> of Employee Evaluation System for the Board's study. <br /> Reviewed and studied applications received for the position of Curator <br /> of the Wampanoag Indian Museum and interview evening was set up for <br /> May 16, 1977. <br /> Letter sent to Board of Selectmen requesting that they consider <br /> Appointing a person second in command who would be totally responsible <br /> should Chief Mills of the Fire-Department be absent. <br /> The Board met with Gregory Willis, James Medeiros, and James Volpe <br /> Bargaining Committee for the Fire Fighters and discussed the new <br /> proposed fire contract at length. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 11:00 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Irene Kosarick <br /> CC: Board of Selectmen <br />
