She explained that after that process is completed , <br /> there is a rating manualowhere points are assigned .Q <br /> After some discussion and review of the rating manual , Manny Glickman <br /> moved to continue"',moving in the direction of the rating manual and <br /> the elements discussed . Ben Lofchie seconded . All in favor. <br /> Jane Stockbridge commented that she would like to have everything done <br /> and approved by February . <br /> Conservation Part-Time Temporary Position <br /> The Personnel Assistant advised the Board that the 8 hr . position created <br /> by grant monies, will+ close for acceptance -of applications on Wednesday, <br /> October 1 7 ., The Pe'rson`nel "liaiCso'n 'is' L•eo Turo -who will assist Bob Sherman <br /> in this temporary hire . •- <br /> Fire Interviews . <br /> Manny Glickman reporte3' to the Board that he had • concern,r j about the inter- <br /> view process that he attendedfbr the entry-level firefighter candidates . <br /> Manny said that someone asked a candidate if they were married .
