Upon
review, Ben Lofchie made a motion that the Personnel Board will be
the panel for interviewing and that the Chiefs or their designee can
sit in as in the past . Manuel Glickman seconded the motion. All in
favor. The Assistant asked the Board when they would be available
to give the exam. They asked that it be scheduled for a Monday
evening .
Reclassification of Assistant Assessor
The Board reviewed a memo from Kevin Harrington, dated May 8, re-
garding the reclassification of the Assistant Assessor position from
Grade 8 to Grade 11 which states that his expectation for this up-
grade is to place the employee at Step 1 of Grade 11 .
The Board also reviewed a letter dated May 10 from David Bailey,
Director of Assessing, which advises the Personnel Board that the
Board of Assessors are requesting that Lynn Traudt enter into the
redefined position at Step 3 .
