N <br />V. New Busines - <br />A. Program for financial assistance for our programs is being <br />developed in conjunction with Youth Commission. A major <br />emphasis of the Youth Commission will be to enable more youth <br />to take part in programs already established. A sample <br />application is being developed along with guidelines. <br />B. Police Advisory Council Meeting - Gus will attend July 6th <br />meeting regarding beach policies and signage at beaches. <br />C. New Principal - Gus and Jim will meet with Mr. Tippo in the next <br />few weeks to discuss building usage this year. <br />D. Community School Revolving account - $10,000 plus or minus. <br />legal opinion is being rendered on account. An update will be <br />made in the future. <br />E. Bylaws review - A discussion on updating by-laws took place <br />with a review to follow at next meeting. <br />F. Summer Program update - Free swim lessons are being offered <br />and classes are filling fast on many of our programs. <br />G. JTEC - 13 youths are involved this year. 2 are working at camps, <br />3 in offices, and 8 in custodial area. Program will run until <br />August 12. <br />With no further business, meeting was adjourned at 9:10 PM. <br />
