Vote <br /> on Motion: All in Favor. <br /> • Mr. Martiros suggested that anyone on the Building Committee who <br /> has relatives who are an owner of any part of the parcels should not vote <br /> on the selection of appraisers. It was determined that no one on the <br /> Building Committee had any close relatives who are owners and this was <br /> not something to be concerned with_ <br /> Discussion was held pertaining to the amenities of each of the sites. <br /> Ms. Mills pointed out that another question to be answered is where the <br /> school administration will be housed_ Also, Tom Fudala reminded the <br /> committee that the Cape Cod Commission has traffic experts on staff and <br /> that the committee should seek information from the Commission. <br /> Mr. Mills presented a copy of a letter he submitted to Town Counsel <br /> seeking their opinion as to whether his representation of a number of <br /> heirs involving a twenty acre parcel which is part of one of the proposed <br /> sites is a conflict of interest. <br /> The following meeting dates are to be posted: <br /> Tuesday, June 22, 1993 - 4:00 p.m. <br /> Tuesday, June 29, 1993- 7:30 p.m_ <br /> Tuesday, July 6, 1993 - 4:00 p.m. <br /> Tuesday, July 13, 1993 - 7:30 p.m. <br /> • Tuesday, July 20, 1993 - 4:00 p.m. <br /> Tuesday, July 27, 1993 - 7:30 p.m. <br /> Also, copies of the minutes will be placed with the Librarian at the <br /> Mashpee Library and a listing will be placed on the cable station saying <br /> that people interested in seeing something incorporated into the design <br /> of the building should contact Gus Fredericks at Leisure Services. <br /> Motion to adjourn at 5:12 p.m. So moved.
