Fields Point would grant an easement across the front piece of their property as access. Greg Taylor stated Doug Storrs from Fields Point would be glad to come to a committee meeting to discuss the site plan . The Committee agreed to invite him to their next meeting, August 3rd. The site can be developed so the power lines are not visible. Mr. Larson stated the obvious differences between the two sites is the topography . This site has a large amount of space which can easily be developed . Fields can be packed closer together. There is probably enough land here for a high school and elementary school . From the power lines up to 151 is 80 acres . The Committee would not consider access from Route 151 , it must be from Old Barnstable Road. Mr. Franceschi stated traffic signals are not reimbursable as part of school project costs, even when directly related . • Mr. Larson will get together with Tom Fudala to get any additional information available. Chairman Dinizio explained the Town Hall site is historically and culturally the center of town. This area had more habitation in past years. Mr. Franceschi explained the State mandates an archeologist be on site for any unearthing and if they find anything they have the power to stop the project. APPRAISAL REPORT Steve Greelish attended the Selectmen' s meeting and they tentatively approved the Committee' s recommendation regarding appraisal work, pending review by counsel . Mr. Mills explained the title work is complete on the 151 site. The Committee decided to invite Mr. Paul O'Connell and Mr. Tom Cantwell into their August 10th meeting to discuss their work.
