• language to the contract. <br /> Mr. Franceschi stated the insurance would be the only issue. <br /> Chairman Dinizio stated the Committee gives them the authority to <br /> work on contract language. <br /> Tom asked if there are any reasons, for or against, trying to <br /> locate a future elementary school close to the high school for <br /> facility sharing? <br /> Mr. Franceschi stated not many facilities would be shared. Do <br /> you want older and elementary school students mixing? <br /> Dr. DeMoura said that could be resolved with different school <br /> times. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Town Meeting- there will be 3 articles on the warrant, one for <br /> the 151 site, one for the Davis school , including all the parcels <br /> and a third to fund the construction of the school . Town Counsel <br /> will develop the wording. <br /> The Committee does not need the upper limit of funding for the <br /> school from DRA until September. <br /> Title examiners will be at the next meeting. They will have <br /> researched the "old road" and can discuss it further then. <br /> Mr. Franceschi asked how protective they have to be of Goodspeeds <br /> • Road? Tom stated it is not a major issue but something to be <br /> concerned about. There has been precedence in town to abandon <br /> portions of roads. <br /> Mr. Griffin made a motion to adjourn at 6 : 25 p.m. Ms. Ahlgren <br /> seconded the motion.
