The Planning Board did not <br /> approve the condo project with access on Meetinghouse Rd and the <br /> neighborhood was upset with the traffic. <br /> Second schematic plan. This has a road through the site and picks <br /> up Noisy Hold Road and out to Rte 130. They reviewed the sizing <br /> of the fields and grading. It can be re-arranged to preserve <br /> more commercial frontage on Rte 130 . <br /> Mr. Griffin suggested taking the tail portion of the commercial <br /> property on Rte 130. The topography doesn't really work as <br /> commercial property. <br /> The Committee discussed parking . Is 500 spaces enough? <br /> Proximity of parking to the building. They are trying <br /> to stay away from dump site in this case. The baseball fields <br /> are oriented for the sun. This building will be terraced. <br /> The Committee explained to DRA the new proposed site for the arts <br /> center. They would like them to see how it will affect this <br /> project but don't plan around it. Does it eliminate the ability <br /> to put an elementary school on the site? <br /> There will not be any sharing of facilities. <br /> Ms. Mills stated if the Committee decides they want the high <br /> school there, they will take the property. <br /> Chairman Dinizio explained the problem with the appraisers to <br /> DRA.
