You would have to seek <br /> permission. from the Council. to -blue crab there because you are <br /> raking= the .bottom_which is illegal according..to the-_.regulations-. <br /> `e Grant doesn't mean anyone owns anything there using a space of <br /> water to raise shellfish.' The shellfish belong to the Council. <br /> It' s against the law to take shellfish without permission from <br /> `z the Council. <br /> �r. SELMN. MAXIM: Crabs are shellfish. I'm sure if we felt as though <br /> Council should make a concession, we can write an addendum for crabs , <br /> as shellfish. <br /> C. McCLOUD: The marshland which abuts Gooseberry Island, how <br /> much does the Town own? <br /> R. COURTEMANCHE: There ' s 50 ' easement to the low water mark. <br /> That has changed due to natural erosion. <br /> D.
