To see what disposition the Town will make of money in the Municipal Waterways Improvement and Maintenance Funds pursuant to Clause (72) of Section 5 of Chapter 40 , Massachusetts I General Laws, or take any other action relating . thereto. 1'y ACTION: Moved and seconded that the town transfer from the Municipal Waterways Improvement and Maintenance Funds the sum of $2, 508.00 to be applied to the Waterways Engineering and dredging account. Motion defeated. Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds a sum of money to construct a building at the sanitary landfill, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of $55,830-00 to construct a building at the sanitary - land anitary land fill. Moved and seconded that Article 26 be indefinitely postponed. Motion carried. Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to reconstruct and make repairs to the flume and retaining walls at the headwaters of the Mashpee River at Mashpee Pond, or take any related action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of $4,000.00 to reconstruct and male repairs to the flume ' and retaining walls at the headwaters of the Mashpee River U at Mashpee Pond. Motion carried. . i Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds a sum of money to be used by the Building Inspector to raze abandoned structures that have been gutted by fire, or take any related � ;!! action thereto. ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of ' $10,000 to be used by the Building Inspector to raze ;! and remove condemned structures. Motion carried. Article 29, To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds in the Treasury a sum of money to conduct an examination of the past and future growth of the Town and to prepare a revision of the Town's Master Plan or take an other action thereon.
