Road, or :take any other .action relating <br /> ri <br /> thereto. . <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded to indefinitely postpone Article 24. <br /> --{Motion_carried, - <br /> Article 25. To see what disposition the Town will make of money <br /> in the Municipal Waterways Improvement and Maintenance Funds <br /> pursuant to Clause (72) of Section 5 of Chapter 40 , Massachusetts <br /> I <br /> General Laws, or take any other action relating . thereto. 1'y <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded that the town transfer from the <br /> Municipal Waterways Improvement and Maintenance Funds <br /> the sum of $2, 508.00 to be applied to the Waterways <br /> Engineering and dredging account. Motion defeated. <br /> Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br /> or transfer from available funds a sum of money to construct a <br /> building at the sanitary landfill, or take any other action <br /> thereon. <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of <br /> $55,830-00 to construct a building at the sanitary - <br /> land <br /> anitary land fill. <br /> Moved and seconded that Article 26 be indefinitely <br /> postponed. Motion carried. <br /> Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br /> a sum of money to reconstruct and make repairs to the flume and <br /> retaining walls at the headwaters of the Mashpee River at Mashpee <br /> Pond, or take any related action thereon. <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of <br /> $4,000.00 to reconstruct and male repairs to the flume ' <br /> and retaining walls at the headwaters of the Mashpee River U <br /> at Mashpee Pond. Motion carried. . <br /> i <br /> Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br /> or transfer from available funds a sum of money to be used by the <br /> Building Inspector to raze abandoned <br /> structures that have been gutted by fire, or take any related � ;!! <br /> action thereto. <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of ' <br /> $10,000 to be used by the Building Inspector to raze ;! <br /> and remove condemned structures. Motion carried. <br /> Article 29, To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br /> or transfer from available funds in the Treasury a sum of money to <br /> conduct an examination of the past and future growth of the Town <br /> and to prepare a revision of the Town's Master Plan or take <br /> an other action thereon. <br /> Y - <br /> ACTION: Amended to raise and appropriate the sum of $5,000 !
