To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br /> or transfer from available funds a sum of money to meet the <br /> obligation of the new Contract between the Town of Mashpee and the <br /> Mashpee Permanent Firefighters Association; Local #2519; for the <br /> 'Fiscal Year July 1, 1981 to June 30 , 1982, or take any other action <br /> thereon. ' <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded that Article 30 be indefinitely <br /> postponed. Motion carried. <br /> Article 31. Article 33. - To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br /> or transfer from available funds the sum of $8 , 346 to create a <br /> clerical position to -work under the supervision of the Building <br /> Inspector, or take any other action related thereto. 41. <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of <br /> $89346.00 to create a clerical position under the <br /> supervision of the Executive Secretary, said position <br /> to be assigned to the Building Inspector, the Board of <br /> Health, the Wire Inspector, the Plumbing Inspector <br /> and theGas Inspector. Motion carried. <br /> . i <br /> Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 6, <br /> Land Use Re ulations of the Zoning By-Law by adding thereto <br /> under Subsection L, Accessory Uses, a new Number 9 as follows : <br /> "Fixed or floating piers, wharfs or docks , both seasonal <br /> and year round, not in excess of forty-five feet in over- I� � <br /> all length from mean low water subject to the securing of <br /> all necessary permits from Town, State or Federal <br /> governmental units having jurisdiction over inland and/or <br /> coastal waterways- and wetlands. " ;'_:.;; <br /> or take any other action thereon. ; <br /> ACTION: Chester Garland made a motion to indefinitely postpone <br /> Article 34. Town Counsel advised Mr. Leonardi that <br /> Article 34 was illegal because it had not been published. <br />
