To see if the Town will vote to amend "Appendix A" .(Job Classification and Salary ) of the Personnel Administration `;f' plan (P.A.P. ) to include the position of Library Aide at a salary of $3.90 . per hour, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to accept as read. Motion carried. { I . Article 33. - To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of $8 , 346 to create a clerical position to -work under the supervision of the Building Inspector, or take any other action related thereto. 41. ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of $89346.00 to create a clerical position under the supervision of the Executive Secretary, said position to be assigned to the Building Inspector, the Board of Health, the Wire Inspector, the Plumbing Inspector and theGas Inspector. To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 6, Land Use Re ulations of the Zoning By-Law by adding thereto under Subsection L, Accessory Uses, a new Number 9 as follows : "Fixed or floating piers, wharfs or docks , both seasonal and year round, not in excess of forty-five feet in over- I� � all length from mean low water subject to the securing of all necessary permits from Town, State or Federal governmental units having jurisdiction over inland and/or coastal waterways- and wetlands. Town Counsel advised Mr. Leonardi that Article 34 was illegal because it had not been published.
