Special Town Meeting <br /> 6/27/83 <br /> Page 11. <br /> Section 7.5: Add a new Section 7.5 as follows: "In the C-1-SV Commercial District no <br /> •' building may cover more than 8000 sq. ft. of ground area." <br /> Section 8.6: Add new Section 8.6 as follows: In the C-1, C-I-SV and C-1-0 Commercial <br /> Districts and theR-4 Residential Districts all parking for any uses, in- <br /> cluding permitted residential uses, must be located behind or to the side <br /> of buildings and shall not be located closer than 40 feet from any front lot <br /> line." <br /> Section 8.7: Add new Section 8.7 as follows: "In the C-1. C-1-SV and C-1-0 Commercial <br /> District and the R-4 Residential Districts no accessway for parking may be <br /> closer than 200 feet from another accessway or the right of way line of a <br /> road intersection. No accessway for parking may enter into a main road <br /> leading into Mashpee Circle (Pine Tree Corner) at a point closer than 600 <br /> feet from the center of Masbpee Circle, provided that all existing uses and <br /> accessways may be maintained in their current condition." <br /> Add new Section 8.8 as follows: <br /> _ Section 8.8: "All marinas in all zoning districts shall provide one automobile parking <br /> space for each boat storage and mooring and docking space, whether such <br /> boat spaces are to be provided on land or water." <br /> Section 9.3: After the designation "R-111, delete the words "and R-211, and substitute in <br /> their place the words"R-2" and R-4". <br />�- Section 9.31: After the words "twenty (20) acres", add the words "or a parcel of Land <br /> located in Zoning District R-4 containing at least five (5) acres." <br /> Section 9.321:After the words "not to exceed" add the words "four (4) units per acre in <br /> the R-4 District, and" <br /> Section 9.333:Add entire new Section 9.333 as follows: "GARDEN APARTMENTS - Garden apart- <br /> ments are permitted only in the R-4 Zoning District. Procedures for appro- <br /> val of garden apartments are identical to those for approval of attached <br /> single-family units as specified in Sections 9.3 through 9.392 of this By- <br /> Law. The following provisions shall govern in the case of garden apartments. <br /> Not less than four (4) nor more than eight (8) garden apartment units, with <br /> no portion of the building below the first story nor above the second story <br /> used for dwelling purposes, may be constructed in a single structure in an <br /> R-4 Zoning District. Each one bedroom apartment unit shall contain at least <br /> 600. square feet of living space. One hundred fifty (150) sq. ft. of living <br /> space shall be added for a second bedroom. Land space requirements shall be <br /> identical with .chose for buildings in the R-4 Zoning District. Two (2) <br /> parking spaces for each apartment unit shall be constructed. Parking for <br /> garden apartment units shall be set back at least forty (46)' feet' from the <br /> front Lot line." <br /> Section 9.336-After the word "units" add the words "excepting garden. apartment units." <br /> Section 9.337:Add the following sentence:- "Garden apartments are exempted from this re- <br /> quirement and are subject to the floor area requirements of Section 9.333." <br /> Section 9.384:Delets in its entirety. <br />
