Scale 1 <br /> 100` dated August 12, 1981 by Holmes and McGrath, Inc. , Civil Engineers <br /> and Surveyors, 220 Main Street, Falmouth, Ma. 02540. <br /> The said land is to be conveyed to the Trustee on condition that <br /> the same will be used for the purpose of laying out, constructing, main- <br /> taining and using the same as golf holes which shall be incorporated in <br /> and made a part of an 18-hole golf course known as ' the Quashnet Valley <br /> Country Club and in the event said use ceases to exist or a different <br /> use is made of said land, the same shall revert back to the grantor Town. <br /> The land owned by Anthony J. LaCava Family Trust consists of approxi- <br /> mately 9.2 acres located off Old Barnstable Road and is more particularly <br /> described as follows: - <br /> One hundred feet (1001 ) on each side of the Quashnet River for a <br /> distance of two thousand feet (2000') commencing at the point where the <br /> Quashnet River meets the southeasterly portion of land shown as lot 2 on <br /> Map 43, owned by A.D. Makepeace a Company, thence generally running SE, <br /> E, SW, SE, SW and S by the course of the Quashnet River. . <br /> Said land to be conveyed to the Town for the purpose of preservation, <br /> conservation, and recreation for the enjoyment and benefit of the citizens <br /> of the Town under the control and supervision of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion to amend as follows <br /> Motion to reamend. ..
