ARTICLE 16 AS AMENDED <br /> To--see if the own will vote to authorize the Board of <br /> Selectmen to enter into an agreement and execute all necessary <br /> documents of conveyance and take all other, action necessary for <br /> the purpose of exchanging ownership- of land owned by the Town <br /> with land owned by the Anthony J. LaCava Family Trust; the land <br /> owned -by the Town to be deeded to the Anthony- J. LaCava Family <br /> Trust is located off Great Hay Road and is more particularly <br /> described as follows:' <br /> Commencing at the Easterly corner of the property, at or near <br /> a concrete bound near the Northwesterly sideline of Lowell Road, <br /> an undefined public way, all as shown on plan hereinafter <br /> mentioned; thence <br /> SOUTHERLY 69 degrees 091 17" in two courses, Sixty-five <br /> and no/100 (65.00) feet and five hundred <br /> eighteen and 88/100 (518.88) feet to a <br /> concrete bound; thence <br /> NORTHERLY zero degrees 58' 47" E. five hundred forty and <br /> 99/100 540.99) feet; thence <br /> NORTHERLY 22 degrees 141 19" W. five hundred four and <br /> 43/100 (504.43) feet to a concrete bound; <br /> thence <br /> NORTHERLY 59 degrees 52' 13" E. one hundred thirty-seven <br /> and 70/100 (137.70) feet; thence <br /> SOUTHEASTERLY .by the Southwesterly sideline of Great Hay <br /> Road, as shown on said plan, to the place of <br /> ,beginning. <br /> Said land, consisting of 7.4 acres more or less, is shown on- <br /> plan entitled "Plan of Land of Town of Mashpee in.
