• Article' 4. <br /> To see if the town will vote to authorize and direct the Board <br /> of Selectmen to file a home rule petition with the General Court to <br /> create a kashpee Community Center Authority, in substantially the same <br /> form as a text dated February 1, 1984; filed with the office of the <br />• <br /> Town Clerk, , <br /> voted to amend dated February 27, 1984 <br /> y <br /> Article 4 did not pass <br /> Article S. <br /> To see if the town will vote to authorize and empower the Board <br />;4 of Selectmen, in its discretion, to transfer operational control and <br /> responsibility of the old town hall, formerly known as the U.S .O. <br /> building, on Route 130 to the Mashpee Community Center Authority for <br /> use as a community center, <br /> indefinitely postponed <br /> Article 6. <br /> To see if the town will -vote to authorize and direct the Board <br /> of Selectmen, to raze and demolish the structure known as the old <br /> town hall, formerly known as the U.S.O. building, on Route 130, <br /> so voted <br /> Article 7. <br /> To see if the town will vote to authorize and empower the Board <br /> of Selectmen to discontinue that part of Job' s Fishing Road from the <br /> Southerly side of the Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151) to the <br /> Westerly side of Falmouth Road (Route 28) as it presently exists and <br /> to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to accept a gift of <br /> land from Fields Point Corporation for the purpose of the layout and <br /> creation of a new public way over land of the said Fields Point Cor- <br /> poration from the Southerly side of Nathan S . Ellis Highway (Route <br /> 151) to the Westerly side of Falmouth Road (Route 28) , said land to <br /> be defined and described on a plan suitable for recording at the Barn- <br /> stable County Registry of Deeds as approved by the Planning Board and <br /> the Board of Selectmen, <br /> indefinitely postponed <br />
