Transfer $32, 140 from Saie of �'rnw-n LAnd Account to Parks and Recreatior =pital Expense Account Article 26 To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Sewer Committee or Sewer Commissioners to secure the design and construction of a sewage, or combination sewage and septage treatment plant, pumping stations, sewer mains and other necessary facilities to provide sewer service to various portions of the Town, and furthermore, to authorize the construction of said plant on that parcel of land shown on the 1987 Mashpee Assessors' Maps as 61 , Plot 3, subject to the approval of the Board of Health) said land currently being utilized for the Town sanitary land-fill, septage lagoons and undeveloped woodlands or on other lands not currently owned by the Town, and furthermore to authorize said Committee or Commis- sioners to take by eminent domain any other land or easements required for any of the above facilities and further to appropriate such amounts as may be necessary to fund the above items with the required funds to be expended from an "East Mashpee Sewer System Accounr to be established by the Town Accountant and Town Treasurer, with said account to include any donations receive toward said sewer facility design, construction, land acquisition and related items and any state and/or federal funds received for said design and/or construction and/or land acquisition and related items and finally to authorize the Selectmen) Sewer Committee or Sewer Commissioners to apply for and accept any federal and/or state grants for the above items and to accept any applicable donations of money) services, land orthe like and to enter into any contracts and agreements which may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this article, Moz-' --n -Io accent as amended '40T 7GJ a7ES . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .8:19 P.M.
