<br /> which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, and to authorize and empower the
<br /> Board of Selectmen to acquire the fee ownership on, over and under the said roads
<br /> as so defined, by eminent domain, and to accomplish said purpose and for
<br /> expenses incidental and related thereto and to make repairs and reconstruction to
<br /> said road, the Town vote to appropriate $325)000 and to raise such appropriation,
<br /> the Treasurer,with approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at
