Explanation: These monies would pay for the bog attendant's salary, the costs of analyzing and permitting restoration of a cattail-choked section of the Quashnet River, the costs of studying the impacts of diking off the main section of the Quashnet Bog from an adjacent wetland system, revegetation of banks on the Quashnet River and engineering/design for a new water-control structure at the head of the Quashnet River(as it leaves Johns Pond). Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. Motion made by Selectman Mills. I move Article 20 be voted as printed in the warrant except for the phrase, "or take any other action relating thereto." Motion passes at 8:59 p.m. Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer $15,000 from the Cranberry Bog Reserved Receipts Account to the Conservation Lands Maintenance and Improvement Account, or take any other action relating thereto.
