Y. Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to delete Section 5-21 of Article VII, Chapter 15 of the Mashpee Code. Submitted by Petition Recommendation: The Finance Committee does not recommend approval. Motion made by Juan Bacigalupi. I move that Article 36 be indefinitely postponed. Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 9:45 p.m. 0 Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to hire and equip four full-time firefighters and that the Town raise and appropriate or appropriate and transfer from available funds the sum of$162,635.00 to be apportioned as follows: Firefighter Salary and Wage Account, $140,000.00; Employee Medical Insurance Account, $21,000.00; Group Insurance Account, $135.00; Medicare Account $1,500.00; and Firefighters Expense Account, $21,000.00.
