I I '. r - F I ` Motion to dispense with reading of article passes at 7:45 p.m. Article passes unanimously at 7:45 p.m. Article 34 To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw as follows: Renumber the Subsection 174-5.C. "IC Overlay District" approved under Article 27 of the warrant for the October 1999 Annual Town Meeting to become subsection 174-5.E., or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen Explanation: In reviewing and approving article 27 of the October 1999 Annual Town Meeting warrant, the Attorney General's office noted that the Town had previously adopted another Subsection 174-5.C. regarding Wireless Facilities and suggested that this corrective article be filed. As there is also a Subsection 174-5.D.,the proposed renumbering is to 174-5.E. Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on April 19, 2000 3-0 for approval. Motion made by Selectman Green. Motion: I move Article 34 be voted as printed in the warrant with the exception of the phrase, I; "or take any other action relating thereto". I I Motion passes unanimously at 7:46 p.m. 'r Article 35 To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw as follows: Renumber Subsection 174-79.B.(7) to become Subsection 174-79.B.(5), or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen Explanation: In reviewing an amendment adapted under article 9 of the warrant for the October 7, 1991 Annual Town Meeting warrant, the Attorney General's office noted that amendments to the zoning bylaw had left Subsection 174-79.B. with subsections (1),(2),(3),(4) and (7) and suggested that we renumber subsection (7) to become (5) to avoid any confusion because of out- of-sequence numbering.
