Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Memo <br /> To: Town Clerk <br /> From:Planning Board <br /> CC: Selectmen, Town Moderator <br /> Date: April 29, 2005 <br /> Re: Votes of the Planning Board on Zoning amendment articles <br /> Please note that the previous written report filed by the Planning Board regarding zoning <br /> articles included in the 5-2-05 ATM warrant used article numbers submitted to them by the <br /> Selectmen's office in their request that the Board schedule its hearing on the articles. The <br /> numbering of articles in the warrant has since changed. The adjusted numbers are reflected <br /> below. <br /> At their public hearing on April 20th, 2005, the Mashpee Planning Board voted as follows on the zoning articles <br /> appearing on the warrant for the May 2005 Annual Town Meeting: <br /> 1 Article 15, submitted by the Charter Bylaw Review Committee <br /> Refers to: Amending Section 174-95 to increase the powers of the Zoning Board of Appeals to <br /> include those currently held by the Subdivision Board of Appeals. <br /> Voted 5-0 to make no recommendation. <br /> 2 Article 47 16, submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Refers to: Amending Section 174-91 to change the Term of Zoning Board of Appeals members <br /> back to three years from five years. <br /> Voted 5-0 to recommend approval. <br /> 3. Article 49 17, submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Refers to: Amending Sections 174-92 specifically authorizing the Zoning Board of Appeals to <br /> elect a Vice-Chairman. <br /> Voted 5-0 to recommend approval. <br /> 4. Article 4-918, submitted by Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Refers to: Amending Section 174-24.C.(9) to specify that modification of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals Special Permit requires approval of four of five Board members. <br /> Voted 5-0 to recommend approval. <br /> I Z Q1 � 6Z 2ldtl SG <br /> 0 Page 1 <br />
