Lammers <br /> DECISION <br /> The petition was duly filed by the petitioner for a variance to <br /> Section 7. 4 Land Space Requirements of the Zoning By-laws as pertained <br /> to Side-line Requirements in:.an R-2 zoned area. <br /> Notice was duly given- to the abutters and owners of land adjoin- <br /> ing the land of abutters. Notice was given by publication by publishing <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> Town of Mashpee on March 12 and March 19, 1976, a copy of such notice <br /> being appended hereto. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on March 31, 1976 at 8: 00 P.M. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present: Michael A. Makunas, chairman; <br /> Linda Edson Hendricks, and B. Jean Thomas. <br /> The petitioner is asking to erect a 6 'x 8 ' tool storage shed at <br /> One Starboard Lane, Popponessett Beach. A relief of 4 feet to the side- <br /> line set-back has been requested so as to erect this tool shed. <br /> No objections to granting the variance were received prior to the <br /> public hearing. The hearing was attended solely by Mr. Lammers. <br /> It was unanimously voted by the Board of Appeals to grant a variance <br /> from the side-line set-back requirements to permit the location of the <br /> tool shed to be built at the rear of Lot 1, Starboard Lane, granting a <br /> relief of 4 feet. <br /> Under provisions of Chapter 40A, Zoning Enabling Act as amended, <br /> petitioner is required to record this variance at the Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds and satisfy any and all costs related thereto. <br /> VOTE: <br /> In favor: <br /> Opposed: / <br /> I L :AKZUNAhairm <br /> DA EDSONH <br /> Tourer L'ew� <br />
