H) All signs shall be constructed of wood and if illuminated, <br /> illuminated from the exterior. All signs shall be in <br /> harmony with the aesthetics of the area. <br /> I) Signs advertising the property shall be no larger than <br /> twenty-five feet; otherwise, shall require a special <br /> permit from the Board of Appeals . <br /> J) The tennis courts and swimming pool and club house, if <br /> any, shall be completed in its entirety; upon the completion <br /> of the first section, and prior to any additional construction <br /> commencing on any other section. <br /> K) The tennis courts and swimming pool and club house facilities, <br /> if any, shall be restricted to the unit owners and their <br /> guests and shall not be open to the ;;pulic, and public <br /> membership shall not be permitted. <br /> 4) It is recommended that the exterior finish of the buildings <br /> be varied with regard to stain, shingles, shutters, type of siding, etc. <br /> however, all roofs shall be uniform and harmonious with its surroundings. <br /> 5) The roadway shown on the plan as running from Strawberry Lane <br /> to the New Bedford G & E easement, shall start at Strawberry lane and end <br /> prior to the New Bedford G & E easement, as shown on the site plan of <br /> Summerwood, Sections 1, 2, and 3, dated September 11, 1980. Strawberry <br /> Lane shall be finished to the New Bedford G & E easement and a barrier <br /> be erected, consisting of metal poles at least three feet high, imbedded <br /> in the roadway and permanently anchored in such manner as to prohibit <br /> motor vehicles from traveling beyond the aforementioned easement. This <br /> restriction is designed to limit traffic on Strawberry Lane; however, this <br /> restriction may be modified for future expansion purposes, by an appropriate <br /> application before the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> -4- <br />
