"a <br /> The Board found that the Petitioner established, to the <br /> satisfaction of the Board, a hardship unique to the particular <br /> property. <br /> The Board also established that granting the Variance <br /> would not be detrimental to the Town, and would be in harmony with <br /> the general purpose and intent of the ordance or By-law. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted <br /> unanimously to grant the request for a variance, and to incorporate <br /> the following restrictionst <br /> 1. The building be constructed in accordance with the <br /> plan submitted to the Board of Appeals. <br /> 2. The landscaping be arranged and finished before any <br /> occupancy permit or business permit be given. <br /> 3. The parking arrangements shown on the proposed plan <br /> be lined and that barriers be constructed around the perimeter of <br /> said parking area so that motor vehicles would be confined to that <br /> area only. <br /> 4. The applicant satisfy the Police Chief, the Fire Chief, <br /> the Board of Health, and the Town Department of Public Works as to <br /> the proposed plan, and will obtain various letters from various boards <br /> to that effect and file with the Board of Appeals•before opening for <br /> business. <br /> 5. No outside storage be permitted of any wood, coal, <br /> metals or other fuels or implements used in the Petitioners Business. <br /> 6. Any fencing to be erected be first approved in design <br /> by the Board of Appeals, which may be made by application through <br /> k <br /> the Board of Appeals to implement this decision. <br /> -2- <br />
