Realty Corporation for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-82-2-001 <br /> A petition was filed by D. S. & B. Realty Corporation, of <br /> Hyannis, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 9.37, Sections <br /> 9.31, 9.321, and 9.322 for permission to construct 30 two-bedroom <br /> luxury waterfront condominiums, on property located off Great Oak Road, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts .General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was also given by <br /> publishing in,the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee on February 16, 1982 and February 23, 1982, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the. Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, March 3, 1982, at 8100 p.m. at which time the. <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughouti Michael Makunas, Peter lawrence, Peter Muse. <br /> The presentation of the application was made by George A. Benway, <br /> Jr. -.of Benway-Maher Associates, Inc, on behalf of D. S. B. Realty Corpora- <br /> tion. The property consists of an original subdivision of 30 quarter acre <br /> lots surrounding an.abandoned cranberry bog. It is identified in Mashpee <br /> Assessors Map #121 Lots 5-9 and 67-92 containing approximately 21.33 acres. <br /> It is more fully described by the plan accompanying this application dated <br /> July 1981 - revised October, 1981 and January, 1982. <br /> The ammenities requested are (see accompanying plan)'t <br /> a.
