Andrade for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-85-03-010 <br /> A Petition was filed by Kevin P. Andrade of E. Falmouth, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to have <br /> Industrial Trades and Office Space* on property located on Lot <br /> #18, Industrial Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on March 13, & March 20, 1985 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, March 27, 1985 at 7 : 30 p.m, at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and <br /> William Hanrahan. <br /> Mr. Christopher Costa represented Mr. Andrade and explained <br /> that the site plan consists of 3 buildings laid out on 42 acres <br /> I <br /> of industrial zoned property and that the first floor would <br /> incorporate wholesale operations, the second floor in building <br /> A - B and part of building C would have professional offices. <br />
