BOND RELEASE <br /> RE: Petition of Kevin P. Andrade for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-03-010 <br /> Upon written request from the petitioner the Board of Appeals <br /> will notify the Building Inspector that the conditions of the bond <br /> have been completed. <br /> After reviewing the decision and viewing the property the <br /> Building Inspector will then report his findings to the Board of <br /> Appeals as to whether the conditions of the bond have been met. <br /> The Board will then take a vote whether or not to release the <br /> bond. <br /> Condition of this bond <br /> The landscaping is to be completed within 90 days of the <br /> completion of the exterior building construction. Time maybe <br /> extended by a unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals. <br /> d <br />
