AMENDED DECISION 5. The hours of operation of the flea market shall be within 7 a.m, to 9 p.m, each day of operation, except that vendors may perform necessary setup work from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. 6. No structures of a permanent nature are to be con- structed, erected or caused to be placed on the property. All structures, devices, equipment and other gear placed on the property for use in connection with the flea market are to be removed at the conclusion of each day' s business and in no event later than 9100 p.m, of each day' s operation. 7. Up to 25 vehicles may be stored• or left on the property between the hours of 9 p.m, and 6 a.m, of the following day in an area located behind Dan & Bills Restaurant Building as designated on the site plan. At no time are any vehicles, trailers, campers, tents, mobile homes, or other similar devices to be used for human habitation or sleeping during the hours of 9 p.m, to 6 a.m. 8. All parking shall be on-site. 9. No music is to be played over loudspeakers. 10. The petitioner shall conform to and comply with the existing sign code, with prior approval from the Board of Appeals. 11. All displays, sales and flea market operation shall be located at the rear of the current site of the Mini- Golf and Ice Cream Shop operations. 12. The applicant shall erect a stockade fence shielding the dumpster or other trash disposal receptacle and the farm tractor or any other equipment used in connection with the maintenance and conduct of the business, so that the same may not be seen from any road or from any abutt- ing property. 13. The applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, garbage and!sother debris from the grounds and shall trim all excessive vegetation, meaning grass shall be mowed and landscaping maintained in a neat and orderly manner, and parking areas and routes of vehicle travel shall be main- tained in an neat and hard packed appearance. The site shall be graded so as to maintain a level area pitched to drain away from abutting roads and property and to minimize the pooling of water. The grade of the site shall be main- tained as presently exists and all drainage originating from the site shall be self contained on the site.
