AMENDED DECISION <br /> 5. The hours of operation of the flea market shall be <br /> within 7 a.m, to 9 p.m, each day of operation, except <br /> that vendors may perform necessary setup work from 6 a.m. <br /> to 9 a.m. <br /> 6. No structures of a permanent nature are to be con- <br /> structed, erected or caused to be placed on the property. <br /> All structures, devices, equipment and other gear placed <br /> on the property for use in connection with the flea market <br /> are to be removed at the conclusion of each day' s business <br /> and in no event later than 9100 p.m, of each day' s operation. <br /> 7. Up to 25 vehicles may be stored• or left on the property <br /> between the hours of 9 p.m, and 6 a.m, of the following <br /> day in an area located behind Dan & Bills Restaurant <br /> Building as designated on the site plan. At no time are <br /> any vehicles, trailers, campers, tents, mobile homes, or <br /> other similar devices to be used for human habitation or <br /> sleeping during the hours of 9 p.m, to 6 a.m. <br /> 8. All parking shall be on-site. <br /> 9. No music is to be played over loudspeakers. <br /> 10. The petitioner shall conform to and comply with the <br /> existing sign code, with prior approval from the Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> 11. All displays, sales and flea market operation shall <br /> be located at the rear of the current site of the Mini- <br /> Golf and Ice Cream Shop operations. <br /> 12. The applicant shall erect a stockade fence shielding <br /> the dumpster or other trash disposal receptacle and the <br /> farm tractor or any other equipment used in connection <br /> with the maintenance and conduct of the business, so that <br /> the same may not be seen from any road or from any abutt- <br /> ing property. <br /> 13. The applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, <br /> garbage and!sother debris from the grounds and shall trim <br /> all excessive vegetation, meaning grass shall be mowed and <br /> landscaping maintained in a neat and orderly manner, and <br /> parking areas and routes of vehicle travel shall be main- <br /> tained in an neat and hard packed appearance. The site <br /> shall be graded so as to maintain a level area pitched to <br /> drain away from abutting roads and property and to minimize <br /> the pooling of water. The grade of the site shall be main- <br /> tained as presently exists and all drainage originating <br /> from the site shall be self contained on the site. <br />
