Reynolds for a Special Permit Case #SP-88-01-010 <br /> A Petition was filed by James. T. Reynolds of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to expand an existing non-conforming <br /> use (Trading Post aka Convenience Store) , in a C-2 Zoning District on pro- <br /> perty located on Route 130, (map 65, parcel 13) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> January 13 & 20, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, January 27, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Edward Govoni and Richard Halpern. <br /> Counsel , representing the Applicant, informed the Board that the- pro- <br /> posed addition will encompass approximately 983 square feet to the rear of <br /> the existing building. The Board was informed front parking will be elimi- <br /> nated and replaced with landscaping which will also serve as screening for <br /> the parking area as designated on plans.
