No building permits shall be issued until a landscape-paving <br /> bond is forwarded to the office of Building Inspector, upon <br /> receival the Building Inspector shall post said bond with the <br /> Town Treasurer. <br /> 2. All drainage shall be maintained on-site <br /> 3. The dumpster shall be adequately screened from view. <br /> 4. A sign shall be erected on the building designating it as an <br /> historical building. <br /> 5.
