�i <br />• <br />• <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MINUTES <br />December 14, 1988 <br />At 7;30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 14, 1988 the Board of <br />Appeals held a meeting at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members <br />present and acting throughout were; Cheryl Hawver, Richard Halpern <br />and Edward Govoni. <br />John Malloy - Requests hearing be continued to January 25, 1989. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Richard Halpern, Edward Govoni. <br />Richard Halpern motioned to grant the continuance. Edward Govoni <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Arnold Schindler -Requests a special Permit under Section 5.1 <br />of the Zoning by -Law requirements'to expand a non -conforming <br />structure by the addition of a garage, bedroom and pool area <br />in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 31 Waterway <br />(Map 105, Lot 1920 Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Richard Halpern, Edward Govoni. <br />Fred Giampietro the architect was present representing this petition. <br />He presented the plans. He explained that what they were pro- <br />posing is a garage that is 25 feet off the pavement. They are <br />keeping with what has been done in the neighborhood. no abutters <br />were present. There were no public comments. <br />Richard Halpern motioned to grant the Special Permit. <br />Edward Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />It would be a front set back of 12.75. Southerly set back of 9.8. <br />A rear set back of1.5. No variance is needed on the northerly side. <br />Ronald Bernaducci -Requests a Variance under Section 7.4 of the <br />Land Space Requirements for permission to construct a single family <br />dwelling in an R-1 zoning district on property located at 25 <br />Sand dollar Lane (Map 105, Lot 89) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting; Cheryl Hawver, Richard Halpern, Edward Govoni. <br />Richard Dubin was present representing this petition. <br />Mr. Dubin stated they were lookin for a 5' variance on the side <br />line requirement. It has met the front set back limit. It <br />does have to go to the Conservation Commission. <br />An abutter Priscilla Rollins questioned the distance from the road <br />to the house. Dick Dubin stated its approximatley 35 feet <br />from the road. <br />
