Barry - Request a Variance under Section <br />7.4 of the Land Space Requirements for permission to vary the <br />set back requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property <br />located at 248 Hoophole Road (Map 49, Lot 168) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Richard Halpern, Cheryl Hawver, Edward Govoni. <br />Fred Grosser was present representing this petition for Mr. and <br />Mrs. Barry. Mr. Grosser explained that it will meet all of the <br />requirement in lot coverage, the garage will not exceed any of <br />the building height or anything to that degree. The house is <br />6 years old. No abutters were present. <br />Richard Halpern motioned to grant the front set back off Hoophole <br />Road 16 feet.Edward Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />John Daly - Requests a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land <br />Space Requirements for permission to vary the set back require- <br />ments in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 3 <br />Starboard Drive (Map 83, Lot 46) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Richard Halpern, Cheryl Hawver, Edward Govoni. <br />Presented by Mr. Daly. Explained that he wanted to build a deck <br />on to his house. No abutters were present. <br />Richard Halpern motioned to grant the 10' variance so he can build <br />5- from the lot line. Edward Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Notice of Appeal - Riverbend Realty Trust appeals the Building <br />Inspector's decision reqarding signage at the premises located <br />at 100 Great Neck Road North (Map 45, Lot 3) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Edward Govoni. <br />There was no quorum. <br />Cheryl Hawver motioned to contiue to January 11, 1989. <br />Edward Govoni agreed. <br />Alton G. & Marjorie B.
