MINUTES January 25, 1989 - 4 - BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Mr. Arnold explained that the idea is not to obstruct <br />any -one's view which is why they are going up.. Part of the shed is a <br />shower stall. The actual structure itself if exclusive from the <br />shower stall. <br />William Hanrahan stated that they have to show a new set <br />of plans showing everything properly. <br />William Hanrahan made a motion to deny without prejudice. <br />cheryl Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Robert R. McNutt - (Owner of Record: Merry Meadow Enter- <br />prises, Inc.) Requests a Special permit under Section 10.2.4 of <br />of the Zoning By-laws to replace signage in a C-2 zoning district <br />on Falmouth Road (Route 28) (Map 55, Lot 8) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Richard Halpern, William Hanrahan, Cheryl <br />Hawver. <br />Jonathan Hirst representing Robert McNutt requested a 45 <br />day extension. <br />Richard Halpern moved to continue to 3/8/89. <br />William Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />Notice of Appeal - Riverbend Realty Trust appeals the Building <br />Inspector's decision regarding signage at the premises located <br />at 100 Great Neck Road North (Map 45, Lot 3) Mashpee, MA. <br />Richard Halpern requested a 60 day extension. <br />William hanrahan will accept the extension as long as they <br />recieve all the information that they have previously requested. <br />Cheryl Hawver seconded the request for continuance and <br />requested a letter from Joseph Reardon. <br />John Malloy - (Continued from December 14, 1988) <br />Richard Halpern moved to continue because of no quorum. <br />William Hanrahan seconded.
