TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> March 13, 1996 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 1996 at 7:30 <br /> P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members present and acting throughout were: <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Chairman, and Associate Members Kenneth E. Marsters, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Cheryl A. Hawver. Members absent were James E. Regan III and John J. <br /> Friel. Building Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. <br /> George Leach - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for an existing seasonal dock on Hamblin's Pond on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 30 Overland Road, Mashpee,MA. (Map 114, Block 10). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, K. Marsters, C. Hawver <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the application and explained that the owner was <br /> seeking permanent licensing and that Conservation had approved the plans. He said that <br /> the dock has been used for many years and that there are no changes in the design. Mr. <br /> Govoni noted that both the Shellfish Warden and Harbormaster have approved the plans. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> Albert E. & Pauline E. Medice-Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for a pier, ramp and float in Ann's Cove on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 46 Little Neck Lane(Map 105, Block 14)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, C. Hawver, R. Nelson <br /> Mr. Sanicki presented plans for new construction for a dock in Ann's Cove. He said <br /> Conservation may change the stair design but have approved the pier and there are no <br /> objections from the Harbormaster or Shellfish. Mr. Govoni stated he would like final <br /> plans before approval. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to take the application under advisement. Mr. Nelson seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br />
