TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> April 10, 1996 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, March <br /> 13 , 1996 at 7 : 30 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members <br /> present and acting throughout were: Edward M. Govoni, <br /> Chairman, James E. Regan III, Clerk, Associate Members Robert <br /> G. Nelson and Cheryl A. Hawver. Associate Member Kenneth E. <br /> Marsters was absent. Building Inspector William F. Hauck was <br /> in attendance. <br /> Dick n' Ellie' s Flea Market - Albert Wiseman, Manager - Requests <br /> a renewal of Section 4 of the Modification of Special Permit <br /> 95-32. Section 4 states that: "No structures of a permanent <br /> nature are to be constructed, erected, or caused to be placed <br /> on the property used in connection with the flea market. <br /> Merchandise, equipment, banners and other year for use in <br /> connection with the Flea Market are to be removed at the <br /> conclusion of each day ' s operation. Any poles which are to <br /> be used by the applicant to support tents are not to be <br /> considered structures for the purposes of this permit and <br /> canopies and tent sides used on these poles may remain overnight <br /> for the (1996) season. All tent canopies and sides are to be <br /> of uniform color. This condition is subject to renewal before <br /> the opening of the (1997) season. " The Flea Market is located <br /> in a C-1 zoning district at 650 Falmouth Road (Map 81, <br /> Block 4) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Charles M. Talanian, <br /> TR. ) <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni , C. Hawver, B. Nelson <br /> Mr. Albert Wiseman and Mr. Michael Wiseman were present. Mr. <br /> Albert Wiseman stated that all payments due the Town have been <br /> payed. Mr. Nelson requested that the flood lights point toward <br /> the sign and not on Route 28 . There was no correspondence. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the renewal for another year. Ms. <br /> Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> Lesco Inc. - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-55 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws to allow a 4 ' x 10 ' sign to be affixed <br /> to the front of the building on property located in an I-1 zoning <br /> district at 100 Echo Road (Map 19, Block 7) Mashpee, MA. (Owner <br /> of record: Frank A. Maki Jr. Trustee) . <br /> Members sitting : E. Govoni, C. Hawver, J. Regan <br />
