There <br /> was no correspondence. <br /> Mr. Regan made a motion to grant the Special Permit. Ms. Hawver <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mobil Oil Corporation - Requests a Variance from Sections 174- <br /> 9, 174-31, 174-35, 174-38 and 174-40 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the setback, parking and access way <br /> requirements in a C-1 zoning district for property located at <br /> 548 Falmouth Road (Map 74 , Black 14A) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mobil Oil Corporation - Requests a Special Permit under Sections <br /> 174-28A, 174-31 , 174-40 , 174-16 , 174-17, 174-22, 174-25.E. 1, <br /> 174-25.F.1, 174-25.F. 4, 174-24.A. 3, 174-24.A. 4, 174-24.0 for <br /> permission to expand a pre-existing non-conforming gasoline <br /> station with the construction of a second building for the <br /> operation of a one bay automatic car wash and to allow the <br /> alteration, construction and removal of certain overhead lighting- <br /> on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 548 Falmouth <br /> Road (Map 74, Block 14A) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting : E. Govoni, J. Regan, R. Nelson <br /> Attorney Douglas Murphy and Engineer Jack O' Leary represented <br /> the applicant. Mr. Govoni stated the building went through <br /> Design Review. Mr. Govoni stated that the DPW Supervisor Grey <br /> Taylor objected to the traffic flow in the plans. Mr. O' Leary <br /> stated that the car wash is a one step operation which takes <br /> 3 to 7 minutes per car, and the 3-minute delay between cars <br /> would diminish traffic jams. Mr. Govoni stated there were three <br /> women in the nearby condominium who are opposed to the noise <br /> of a car wash. The Board of Health has approved the plan, and <br /> the DEP permit is in place. Mr. Govoni requested Mr. Murphy <br /> to review the plan with Grey Taylor to determine the best traffic <br /> flow for all concerned. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to take the requests under advisement. Mr. <br /> Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> John J. Trotto - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174- <br /> 25 . I. 9 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a 65 <br /> foot pier, ramp and float in Shoestring Bay on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 58 Quaker Run Road (Map 90 , Block <br /> 47 ) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, C. Hawver <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the 60 day extension since it has <br /> not been heard by Conservation Commission. Mr. Regan seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br />
