All agreed. <br /> Mobil Oil Corporation -Requests a Variance from Sections 174-9, 174-31, 174-35, 174- <br /> 38 and 174-40 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the setback, parking and <br /> access way requirements in a C-1 zoning district for property located at 548 Falmouth <br /> Road(Map 74,Block 14A)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mobil Oil Corporation-Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-28A, 174-31, 174- <br /> 40, 174-16, 174-17, 174-22, 174-25.E.1, 174-25.F.1, 174-25.F.4, 174-24A.3, 174- <br /> 24.A.4, 174-24.0 for permission to expand a pre-existing non-conforming gasoline station <br /> with the construction of a second building for the operation of a one bay automatic car <br /> wash and to allow the alteration, construction and removal of certain overhead lighting on <br /> property located in a C-1 zoning district at 548 Falmouth Road (Map 74, Block 14A) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Nelson <br /> Mr. Govoni informed the Board that he had met with representatives of Mobil and R. <br /> Gregory Taylor, Director of Public Works, to remedy the traffic flow objections of Mr. <br /> Taylor. He said the building had been relocated and traffic will be directed to exit to <br /> Great Neck Road South. He said directional arrows would be painted on the pavement. <br /> Mr. Govoni stated that one parking space has been removed and the facade of the building <br /> has been changed to match the existing building on the site. He said the traffic pattern has <br /> been improved and bituminous concrete curb boundaries will be installed. <br /> Mr. Govoni reviewed the variances: <br /> to allow 28 feet on the Northwest side of property between the parking lot and lot <br /> line <br /> to allow parking space size of 9' x 18 1/2' <br /> to allow 6' on Southerly side to the berm that directs the traffic. <br /> Mr. Regan asked if landscaping was going to be changed and Mr. Govoni said they would <br /> follow the directions of the Design Review Committee. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a variance of 28 feet on the Northwesterly side between the <br /> parking lot and the lot line and to grant a Variance on the new berm to match with the <br />
