density, the aggregate lot coverage devoted to <br /> the uses permitted under Section 9.536 shall not <br /> exceed one (1) per cent of the total number of I <br /> acres contained within the perimeter boundary <br /> lines of the PRC, as shown on the Master Site <br /> Development Plan. <br /> 9.53 Permitted Uses — Within a PRC only the following <br /> uses, together with uses customarily accessory thereto t <br /> shall be permitted: <br /> 9.531 Single family detached dwelling structures; <br /> 9.532 Structures consisting of not more than eight (8) <br /> attached dwelling units per structure; <br /> 9.533 Garden Apartments — no less than four (4) nor <br /> more than eight (8) apartment units with no <br /> portion of the building below the first story nor <br /> above the second story used for dwelling pur- <br /> poses; <br /> 9.534 Community buildings and recreational facilities <br /> for the exclusive use of the residents of the FRC <br /> and their guests; <br /> 9.535 Buildings for uses ordinarily incidental to the <br /> construction, operation and maintenance of a <br /> Planned Retirement Community, including build- <br /> ings for the maintenance and administration of <br /> the PRC and for the storage of equipment and <br /> supplies therefor; model dwellings; offices and <br /> facilities for the sale of dwelling units and fur- <br /> nishings therefor; and buildings -and facilities <br /> for furnishing to the PRC sewage collection, <br /> treatment and disposal, potable or other water, <br /> and other utilities, and for the operation and <br /> maintenance thereof. <br /> 9.536 Any uses permitted under Section 6.3(D). <br /> 9.54 Height — All buildings and structures within a PRC <br /> shall be subject to the height restrictions for R-1 and <br /> R-2 zoning districts set forth in Section 7; provided <br /> that there shall be no restriction on the height of <br /> water tanks and mechanical equipment serving the <br /> PRC, or the height of towers located in the PRC. r <br /> 36 <br />
