natural bodies of water or other natural boun- <br /> daries which serve to deny access to the PRC, <br /> shall be surrounded by a fence or hedgerow, or <br /> a combination thereof, which shall be not less <br /> than five (5) feet in height. All areas designed <br /> for access into the PRC by motor vehicle shall <br /> be served by a gatehouse or other access control <br /> facility. <br /> 9.554 Interior roads shall be owned and maintained by <br /> a homeowners' association as contemplated by <br /> Section 9.5622, and shall have a minimum right <br /> of way width of forty (40) feet and a minimum <br /> paved width of twenty (20) feet. Cul-de-sacs <br /> shall have a minimum radius at the curb line of <br /> forty (40) feet. <br /> 9.555 Adequate provisions shall be made for the re- <br /> moval of snow, trash and garbage, and for the <br /> general maintenance of the PRC, by the persons <br /> or association to which Common Space is dedi- <br /> cated under Section 9.562. <br /> 9.56 Common Space. <br /> 9.561 Common Space other than common space on <br /> which structures are situated (hereinafter called <br /> "Common Space"), shall be shown as defined <br /> areas. of land on the Master Site Development <br /> Plan, and portions thereof may be designed, de- <br /> veloped, and used for reasonable recreational <br /> purposes. <br /> 9.562 The Common Space shall be permanently dedi- <br /> cated in one of the two following alternatives. <br /> A statement of the developer's choice and the <br /> manner of dedicating the Common Space shall <br /> be furnished with the Master Site Development <br /> Plan, together with the covenants and restric- <br /> tions .necessary to secure the permanent legal <br /> existence of the Common Space in accordance <br /> with the developer's expressed intention. <br /> 9.5621 Ownership as tenants in common — The Com- <br /> mon Space may be owned by the individual unit <br /> owners within the PRC as tenants in common. <br /> 38 <br />
