, <br /> f <br /> I <br /> I <br /> 9.5622 Ownership by homeowners' association — The <br /> Common Space may be owned by a corporation, <br /> trust or association organized by the developer <br /> for the benefit of the individual unit owners <br /> within the PRC. Each unit owner shall acquire <br /> an interest in the corporation, trust or associ- <br /> ation automatically upon acquiring title to a <br /> dwelling unit in the PRC. The corporation, trust <br /> or association shall own and maintain the Com- <br /> mon Space, and shall not dispose of any of the <br /> Common Space, by sale or otherwise (except to <br /> an organization conceived and established to <br /> own and maintain the Common Space for the <br /> I <br /> benefit of the unit owners). <br /> 9.563 The provisions of Section 9.363 shall apply to any <br /> organization established pursuant to Section <br /> 9.5622. <br /> 9.57 Health and Safety. <br /> 9.571 All dwelling units and other buildings in a PRC <br /> shall be served by potable water supply systems <br /> with no individual wells serving individual units <br /> to be permitted. <br /> 9.572 Fire hydrants shall be installed in the PRC. <br /> 9.58 Board of Appeals and Planning Board Approval. <br /> 9.581 If the requirements set forth above are met, and <br /> provided further that the provisions of Section <br /> 9.582 have been satisfied and such use does not <br /> substantially derogate from the main intent of <br /> the Zoning By-Law, the Board of Appeals may <br /> approve the use of the land for a Planned Retire- <br /> ment Community. <br /> 9.582 An application for use as a Planned Retirement <br /> Community as specified in this Section 9.5 shall <br /> be made to the Board of Appeals and shall be <br /> accompanied by a Master Site Development Plan. <br /> Such an application shall show the plans for the <br /> development of the area, including specifically: <br /> A.
